In addition to assisting automotive dealers with land acquisitions and dealership Buy/Sell Agreements, we also assist dealers and distributors on problems associated with day-to-day dealership operations and with regulatory issues involving the Department of Motor Vehicles, New Motor Vehicle Board, and Bureau of Automotive Repair.

We also provide services to businesses in automobile related fields such as auto body shops and independent service and repair shops.

Robert M. Wheatley, who handles these matters, is a “car guy” (one of his hobbies is vintage sports cars) who has represented automobile dealers and distributors for over thirty-five years.
